HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
To place an order:
- Finish adding items to your shopping cart
- You may choose to process through our website checkout or through ShopPay.
- If you wish to continue through our website checkout, please click on the “Checkout” button located on the right side of the screen.
- If you wish to continue through ShopPay, please click on the ShopPay button
- You will be transferred to our Customer Information page. You will be prompted to enter:
- Email address
- Name
- Address
- If you have a valid discount code, you may enter it in the " Discount" field located on the right said of the screen. Be sure to click on the "Apply" button in order to have your discount calculated and applied to your order.
- Continue by clicking “Continue to Shipping Method” button. Please make sure you have input the delivery address correctly (if different from your billing address.) Once everything is completed, click on “Continue on to Payment Method”
- You will need to enter in your payment details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.
- Once you have completed the form, click on the "Complete Order" button. You will be brought to a screen that provides an order summary together with an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED?
You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.

Amending your order is allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day from the order being placed.
HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY CART?
To add items to your cart:
- Navigate to the page of the item you are interested in and then choose your preferences of the item. When you click the “Add to Cart” button, you will be brought to your "Shopping cart" page.
- Enter the quantity of the item that you would like to order using the "Quantity:" field next to the image of the item. After you have entered a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to complete your order.
HOW DO I VIEW WHAT’S IN MY SHOPPING CART?
To view the contents of your cart, click on the Cart icon located on the top of the website page. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of quantity you want to purchase of any item in your cart by updating the quantity listed. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Remove” link to the bottom of the quantity listing.
HOW DO I REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY CART?
First, click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “Remove” link to the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically remove the item and have the page refresh to have your changes reflected.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE QUANTITY OF A PARTICULAR ITEM IN MY CART?
First, click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart as well as the quantities that you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the “Quantity” field for this item and type in the quantity desired. Once you do this, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will be automatically updated and reflect the correct amount for both the quantity and the cost located on the right side of your screen.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
HOW WILL THE SITUATION WITH COVID-19 AFFECT MY ORDER
COVID-19 has presented challenges to shipping and logistics providers worldwide. Affordable international air freight uses spare capacity on passenger flights to transport goods, and with travel to most countries suspended, this has obviously affected shipping and delivery times.
To deal with this, we have switched to working with freight forwarders that do not depend on such flights to deliver. However, these shipping companies have seen a large increase in volume, and as such may still take longer than normal to deliver parcels.
However, they are currently delivering items, and our data suggests their delivery times average between 8-15 business days. Please note that this depends on the situation with customs and delivery within each country and their different states.
During this time, we will do our best to get your order to you ASAP, but we may not be able to guarantee delivery times to some countries. If your order has not been fulfilled, simply email us to cancel your order.
WHAT IF I PROVIDED A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please contact us immediately by sending an email to support@homedemic.com and provide us with the correct address. We will check whether we can change it for you.
If your order wa
s already shipped out, we are really sorry, but we will not be able to change it for you or send you another product without charging a fee.
In this case, you may need to contact your local post office with the tracking number on its arrival in your country. Some postal services may be able to redirect the package to the correct address.
WHY CANNOT I TRACK MY ORDER ONLINE?
Please note that tracking information is usually displayed after 2-5 days from its ship date.
The reason for this is that in most cases, the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment has been handed over to the mail carrier, scanned and processed.

We will investigate and provide an update. Should the item have been lost in the mail, we will resend the item.
If the item was returned to sender or rejected due to a wrong delivery address, we will not be responsible for it as the error was not from our end. We may charge a shipping fee to resend the item in this case.
WHY WON`T MY PAYMENT GO THROUGH?
The two most common issues with credit card payments stem from insufficient funds, or restrictions placed on the card by the bank for online puchases.

We will do our best to accommodate all requests. However, if the product has been shipped, or if it is a personalized/customized product where production has already begun, order cancellation is unfortunately not possible.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We always try to provide the best quality products to customers. However, there are many factors that affect negatively affect the quality of the item. For example, how the package is handled by the postal services.
Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please send us a photo of the defect and we will resend or refund the item depending on the situation.
If more than 30 days have passed since the item was marked delivered, and there is no evidence that the defect was caused by manufacturing or shipping, we cannot process any resends or refunds.
