Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To start the return process, you can contact us at support@homedemic.com. Please note that returns must be notified in advance to the specified email address.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@homedemic.com if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and offer a resolution.

Returning Items
We strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return an item, please do so within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please note that the return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. To ensure prompt service and quick processing of your request, please make sure the item is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received, as outlined in our return policy.

Administrative Return Fee
To maintain a high level of service and continue offering competitive prices, we apply a small administrative fee of 15% of the returned item’s value. This helps us streamline the return process and keep prices affordable for all our customers.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions, please contact us to discuss specific cases. Unfortunately, returns of sale items or gift cards are not possible.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend first returning the item you have for processing, and once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item. This process allows you to receive the replacement item more quickly.

Additional Return Conditions
For your convenience and to avoid misunderstandings, we may ask you to provide a photo of the item before sending it back. This helps us expedite the return process and offer the best possible solution.

Return Processing Time
Return processing can take some time, so please be aware that refunds may take up to 10 business days after the return has been approved. We always aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but please be aware that additional delays may occur with your bank or credit card company. If more than 30 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@homedemic.com for an update.

European Union: 30-Day Return Period
If your item was delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason and without justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
