RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and parts included where applicable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Customers must contact us before sending any item back.
Items sent back without prior return instructions may not be accepted.
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. The return address may vary depending on the item and order.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items cannot be returned, including:

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
We do not charge any restocking fee for approved returns.

We may reduce or refuse a refund if the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, not in its original condition, or returned without prior authorization, except where prohibited by law.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@homedemic.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed to a carrier.
If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow the return process after receiving the item.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If a package is refused or not collected due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees, shipping costs and any carrier charges may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
