ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time may be longer during holidays, high-demand periods, supplier delays, or if additional order verification is required.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We offer shipping to selected international destinations.
Shipping availability, delivery times, and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country, product type, carrier, and fulfillment location.
If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

TRACKING INFORMATION

MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Items from the same order may sometimes be shipped separately due to product availability, fulfillment location, package size, or logistical reasons.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, each package may have a separate tracking number.
CUSTOMS, IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

LOST, MISSING OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If the issue was caused by an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs duties, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping costs or deductions may apply where permitted by law.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@homedemic.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed to a carrier.
RETURNS
